Return Policy Effective 6/1/2021 - 12/31/2021
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Petal by Rose Gold E-Credit. Any items that have received any form of discount CANNOT be returned.
Please be sure to send your item(s) back in full accordance with our return policy:
Must receive approval via https://petalbyrosegold.com/a/returns
Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date. NO EXCEPTIONS
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. NO EXCEPTIONS
Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. NO EXCEPTIONS
There will be a 20% restock fee on all non-damaged items. Please be advised all items are inspected prior to shipping.
Swimwear and Petal Body products are all non-returnable.
All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code sent via email once item(s) are received back from you and processed.
Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after your item(s) has been received back.
We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please contact us via email at info@petalbyrosegold.com and provide a picture of the paper invoice that was included inside your package along with the damage to the item.
Petal by Rose Gold is not responsible for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. We highly recommend you get insurance on your package with the respective postal company you use.
